The idea behind the Guided Development Interface is that it is worthwhile to provide a less technical business user with the ability to develop an analytics workflow (within a predefined series of steps), execute that workflow and then investigate the results. And, of course, quickly be able to iterate to drill down further and test theories. The Teradata Aster Solutions team has built a Guided Development Interface (GDI) for Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and now one for Customer Journey.
